    The Planning and Budgeting Committee (PBC), in accordance with the Ministry of Finance, seeks to encourage the acquaintance of outstanding Indian students with Israeli academia through summer courses in Israel. This is program was designed in order to strengthen the academic and cultural ties between the two countries, encourage a positive acquaintance of the Israeli academy and encourages the Indian students to learn Postgraduate degrees in Israel. This policy is derived from a governmental decision to strengthen the bi-national relations and expand the academic ties between Israel and India.
